Our 10k and 14k products contain 41.7% gold and 58.3% gold respectively. The remaining percentage consists of other metals including silver and copper.

These added metals strengthen the softness of pure gold so your 10k and 14k jewelry won’t bend easily, retaining its lustrous beauty, charm, and giving your jewelry the ability to become the next family heirloom.

Vella Jewelers uses FedEx for all shipments (excludes PO Boxes). Default shipping is FedEx 2DAY Express. This is a 2DAY Express shipment (excludes weekends). General fulfillment time is 2-3 business days for chains and bracelets. Please check the product description for more accurate fulfillment time. Please allow up to 3-4 business days upon order for your FedEx package to arrive. Reach out to us via email: owner@vellajewelers to check on item availability or any order updates. All FedEx deliveries require a direct signature. At this time, there is no FedEx location "holds" or any alteration to the shipment. You will be denied any requests to do so by FedEx. Packages will need to delivery to the confirmed shipping address or Paypal address.

For International Orders:

Taxes and Duties will be charged to the customer. FedEx will reach out to you once your item has arrived to your country with the Taxes and Duties charge. The bill must be paid before the item can be delivered.

Your chain will get dirty from normal wear. If you are unable to take your chain to a professional cleaner, here are steps you can take to restore the shine to your piece:

1. Mix mild dish soap like Dawn, Dial, or Palmolive in warm water.

2. With a soft bristle tooth brush, gently scrub away any dirt or debris from between the links of your chain.

3. Use a microfiber cloth to remove any excess water on and between the links of your chain. Do not use a paper towel for this. A paper towel is too rough, and will scratch the surface of your gold.

4. Finally, polish the surface of your gold with the provided Vella Jewelers polishing cloth.
