US domestic shipping

VELLA JEWELERS uses FedEx for all shipments (excludes PO Boxes). Default shipping is FedEx 2DAY Express. This is a 2DAY Express shipment (excludes weekends). General fulfillment time is 2-3 business days for chains and bracelets. Pendant and ring orders may take up to four weeks to manufacture and fulfill. Please check the product description for more accurate fulfillment time. Please allow up to 3-4 business days upon order for your FedEx package to arrive.  Reach out to us via email: owners@vellajewelers.com to check on item availability or any order updates. All FedEx deliveries require a direct signature. At this time, there is no FedEx location "holds" or any alteration to the shipment. You will be denied any requests to do so by FedEx. Packages will need to delivery to the confirmed shipping address or Paypal address.

Taxes and Duties will be charged to the customer. FedEx will reach out to you once your item has arrived to your country with the Taxes and Duties charge. The bill must be paid before the item can be delivered.

5 Days to Exchange

At this time we only accept exchanges for equal or greater value within 5 days of the delivered date. Only one exchange per order. Any item that is altered in any way or engraved is ineligible for an exchange. No returns. There is a 20$ re-stocking fee on all exchanges (per item). We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry online and want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. We will work until you are 100% satisfied. Generally exchanges take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel to be sent back out.
